TERMS

A stud fee of $_______  shall be paid OR first pick of the litter is agreed to after stud services have been rendered to the bitch.  If pregnancy does not occur, the owner of the said bitch will be entitled to a full refund, if any monies were exchanged.
The stud owner reserves the right to request veterinary proof that pregnancy did not occur from the breeding.  Any expenses resulting from requested proof shall be the sole responsibility of the bitch owner.
The owner of the bitch hereby releases from responsibility any and all liabilities and/or damages to said bitch while she is on their premises.  Any and all veterinary or other expenses, including care of any offspring resulting from this breeding will be the sole responsibility of the bitch owner.
